​Rehoming & Adoption

At Guardian Angels Animal Support, we are committed to finding the perfect home for every animal in our care. Therefore, we will do our very best to ensure that whichever cat or dog you are interested in is the right animal for you, your home, your lifestyle, and existing pets. If we feel the animal you have chosen is not right for you, we may suggest another. Not all of our cats and dogs are advertised on the website, so please feel more than free to enquire about any of the other animals in our care.
  • All of our cats and dogs live with foster carers in a home environment.

  • We try our very best never to put dogs in boarding kennels.

  • We never have any animals destroyed unless they have a medical condition which cannot be managed, and keeping them alive would only prolong the pain and suffering.

  • All potential homes will be home-checked; this, for example, means checking that the garden is secure for dogs.

  • Also, one or two 'meet and greets' may take place to make sure the resident pet is happy with their new companion, and vice versa.
