Guardian Angels Animal Support is a strictly non-profit animal rescue and re-homing organisation run entirely by volunteers working within the London Borough of Hounslow.

Our main focus is to offer help and support to animals, including (but absolutely not limited to) those that have been abandoned, are elderly, have health problems, and/or those with special needs.

With your kindness and generosity, you will make every difference in allowing us to help them.

We do our very best to keep the website up to date. This is done entirely by volunteers who both care for the animals and work on a full-time basis outside of the charity. We are a non-profit organisation registered with HSBC Bank.

Please take a moment to meet our precious Scooby.

Scooby has just come into our care as he was very recently involved in a road traffic accident, sustaining a severely fractured femur (as you can see in the X-ray). Upon learning of this accident, Scooby's owners immediately abandoned him as they could see a rather large vet bill looming and did not want the responsibility, so we brought him into our care.

Scooby is due to have surgery next week to help mend his injuries; as you can see, quite a lot of work will need to be done in order to fix him up. The choices presented to us by the vets were thus: surgery to bring him back to health, or amputation, but our co-ordinator dearly wants to give this brave boy a chance and save his leg, so we are going ahead with the surgery.

The estimated total for the operation lies between £700-£1,000, which will be a HUGE bulk out of our already meager budget, but it needs to be done in order to save his leg and give him a better quality of life.

Please, if you would be willing to make a contribution towards the cost of Scooby's treatment, it really would help tremendously and we will be eternally grateful for your kindness. If you would like to help by donating then please visit the PayPal link at the top of this page and follow the simple instructions.

Scooby deserves to be helped. Please help us to help him.

Thank you.
